Job summary

Aerie is a fast-growing lifestyle brand. AEO seeks a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, creating an enjoyable shopping experience for every guest and representing the company values with authenticity.

You’ll learn the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and collaborate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to get the job done.

Qualifications

• Interact with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Love AE & Aerie products and be able to educate customers.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
