Job summary

AEO in Lexington, KY is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and represent our values with authenticity.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, resolve guest concerns, and introduce the loyalty program. Previous retail experience and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are a plus; you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Ability to engage customers with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold brand integrity and company policies.
