Job summary

AEO is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs with a positive, energetic attitude.

You’ll flex across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom while delivering great service. Prior retail experience and being at least 16 years old are valued, with a friendly, team‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Knowledge of AE/Aerie products helps you guide guests.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
