Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Simpsonville, KY. You will bring the brand to life in-store, greet guests, and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll learn AE/Aerie product details, drive loyalty sign-ups, and help guests find the perfect fit while representing our brand values daily. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly service and problem-solving to keep guests happy.

Qualifications

• Interacting with customers in a retail setting.
• Ability to learn AE/Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Maintain brand standards and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model with a friendly, casual approach.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and loyalty program offerings.
• Support multiple store zones: Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy, proactively.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and service goals.
