Job summary

AEO Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the AE and Aerie brands to life at our store.

You’ll create an engaging shopping experience, educate guests on product details, and promote the AE loyalty program while embodying our brand values. This role rewards energetic, people-focused team players who excel in a fast-paced retail setting and are available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to provide an amazing shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
