Job summary

Aerie/AE is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Louisville to bring the brand to life in-store and create a memorable shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about the products, and eager to build loyalty with every guest. You’ll represent our values and bring your REAL self to work each day.

You’ll collaborate on the floor, at the cash wrap, in the fitting room and stockroom, delivering friendly, energetic service and helping guests find exactly what they need.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
