Job summary

Aerie Outlet in Simpsonville, KY is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will engage customers, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and help create an amazing shopping experience.

This role emphasizes energy, customer service, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll represent the brand, participate in loyalty program promotions, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with your team to get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adherence to policies.
