American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

As the face of our company, you will represent our values, share product knowledge, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Join a dynamic team and help guests feel great about AE & Aerie products.

Qualifications

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
