Job summary

Aerie is recruiting a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, sharing product details and promoting loyalty programs while upholding company values.

Ideal candidates love interacting with people, enjoy AE/Aerie products, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team goals and collaborate with teammates.
