Job summary

Aerie is part of American Eagle Outfitters (AEO). The Brand Ambassador role involves delivering an engaging in-store experience, educating guests on AE and Aerie products, and promoting the loyalty program.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, and represent the brand with energy and integrity. Ideal candidates are energetic, people-focused, with prior retail experience, available evenings, weekends, and holidays, and passionate about AE and Aerie

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering a great in-store experience.
• Available to work in evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Interest in AE & Aerie products and brand fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
