Job summary

Aerie and AE brand ambassadors play a key role in-store, delivering an engaging shopping experience and representing the brand with authenticity. This part-time position focuses on helping guests find the right products, sharing product details and explaining loyalty programs to build lasting relationships while embodying our brand values.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused and able to navigate a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and use a friendly approach to engage guests and guide them to products they want.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details and recommendations.
• You share brand love, promote the loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You’re an innovative problem solver who resolves guest concerns while following policy.
• You're a team player who supports teammates to get the job done.
• You demonstrate integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
