Job summary

Aerie is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in our Austin store. You will provide customers with an amazing shopping experience, educate on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing our brand values.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed to ensure superior service. You should be a people person with energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and you must be at least 16

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to store policies.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support colleagues to get the job done.
