Job summary

Aerie is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Columbia, MD to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will be the face of the brand, educating guests on AE and Aerie products, and driving loyalty through the store’s channels.

Flexibility to move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Fitting Room is required. Ideal candidates enjoy engaging with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced setting, and have prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Team player, willing to assist the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
