Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class guest experience on the retail floor. You will share technical product knowledge, solve problems, and champion the brand in-store and in the community.

You will build product knowledge, interact with guests authentically, and collaborate with store leadership on projects while supporting merchandising feedback and daily store tasks. A passion for the outdoors and strong customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through sharing technical product knowledge and problem solving
• Build a strong understanding of products and weave information into guest interactions
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community
• Develop your passions in and out of the store with team support
• Support elevating guest experience with store leadership on projects and initiatives
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales
• Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with team and leadership
• Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership
• Answer store phones and respond to voicemails and emails; sometimes on Epicenter social channels
• Use POS to process transactions including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases and returns
• Receive and unpack boxes for inventory (5–30 lbs)
