Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Chattanooga, TN. You will bring the AE brand to life, creating an amazing in-store experience and helping guests find exactly what they need.

You’ll educate customers on AE and Aerie products, share loyalty options, and flex across the sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom with enthusiasm. You’ll be a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for fashion and guest service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and making guests feel welcome.
• You are energetic, can multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You have retail or customer service experience and enjoy fashion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items they will love.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and help achieve store goals.
• Maintain brand standards and uphold company values.
