Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at our Bristol, TN location. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, sharing product knowledge, and promoting the loyalty program.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, bringing energy and a guest-focused approach to daily operations. Prior retail experience and a passion for AE/Aerie are a plus.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fit.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
