Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Chattanooga. You will bring the brand to life by delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with your REAL self.

You’ll engage with guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across store areas while solving issues with great teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering a great guest experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and make suitable suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
