You’ll learn the AE Selling Model, share loyalty program details, and flex across the Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies. The role emphasizes energy, reliability, and a passion for retail, with weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle a fast-paced environment.
• You are energetic, reliable and ready to assist guests across shifts.
• You have prior retail experience and understand guest service expectations.
• You are at least 16 years old and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Navigate between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
