Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Marietta, GA. You’ll bring the brand to life daily, ensuring guests have an amazing shopping experience and leaving the store happier than when they arrived.

You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Energetic, able to multitask across zones and tasks.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products and brand loyalty.
• Prior retail experience preferred; practices company policy.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain standards.
