Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Germantown, TN to bring the brand to life and ensure every guest leaves with an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies. This role rewards energetic, people-focused teammates who thrive in a team setting and enjoy helping guests

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Support the team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies with integrity.
