Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Jackson, TN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and introduce the loyalty program.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest issues with integrity and teamwork. You should love interacting with people, have high energy, be available evenings, weekends and holidays, and have prior retail

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy with integrity.
