Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Tilton, NH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an amazing shopping experience every day. You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding store policies.

Ideal candidates are energetic, team players, and passionate about AE products, available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest fitting items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support team and contribute to a positive store environment.
