American Eagle Outfitters in Merrimack, NH, seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and strengthen brand loyalty. You will educate guests on AE/Aerie products, assist with tailored recommendations, and confidently promote the AE loyalty program.

The role requires energy, a customer-first mindset, and flexibility to move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to stay energetic and engaging in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn AE/Aerie products and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing shopping experience and build brand loyalty.
• Educate guests on products and assist with recommendations.
• Promote AE loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Support team to achieve store goals with a positive attitude.
• Represent AEO values and bring your real self to work.
