Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an amazing in-store shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, energizing guests with AE & Aerie product knowledge and helping them find perfect fits.

You’ll engage guests using the AE Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while upholding store policies and delivering memorable service.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers and build rapport.
• Strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience working with brand products and promotions.
• Willingness to learn AE & Aerie product details and selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
