Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent the brand with pride daily.

You’ll be the face of AE, passionate about our products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest. You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed while upholding store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity.
