Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience. You’ll educate guests on AE/Aerie products and drive loyalty program engagement, while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

You love interacting with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, and have prior retail experience. The role emphasizes brand integrity and teamwork, with store-wide opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
