Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Manchester, NH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent our values with your REAL self.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while resolving guest concerns within policy. Must be 16+ and available for evenings, weekends and holidays.

• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• You can move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You’re an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while following policy.
• You’re a team player and support your team to get the job done.
• You adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
