American Eagle Outfitters in Fresno is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AEO experience to life for every guest. You’ll represent the brand with energy, knowledge of AE and Aerie products, and a friendly, real approach that fits our values.

You’ll work across the salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, engaging guests, sharing loyalty program details, and helping them find the perfect items.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Age 16 or older.
• Able to work across multiple store zones.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and provide recommendations.
• Introduce the loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to company policies.
