Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Johnson City, TN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of our company, love AE/Aerie products, and engage guests with a friendly, confident, and helpful attitude. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, educate guests on product details, and promote loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and building relationships.
• You are energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find what they’re looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
