• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth store operation and customer experience.
• Uphold brand policies and standards in all interactions.
