Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll be the face of the brand, educate guests on AE products, and drive loyalty programs while staying true to our values and policies. Responsibilities include engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model, recommending products, and collaborating across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Positive energy and people skills.
• Able to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests on product details and offer suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
