Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience in Pleasanton, CA. You’ll be the face of our company, enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products, and committed to building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll work across selling, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, using the AEO Selling Model to help guests, educate on product details, and promote our loyalty program while staying true to our

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce and promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a collaborative team player and support store teammates.
