Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests’ days better. You are the face of the brand, love the products, and build loyalty with every guest.

You will represent our values and bring your REAL self to work daily, using the AEO Selling Model and educating guests on AE & Aerie products while promoting the loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a friends first mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details, making great suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while following company policy.
• You're a team player and willing to assist your team to get the job done.
• You're committed to integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
