Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, share product knowledge, and build loyalty with every guest while staying true to our values.

You’ll engage guests using the AE Selling Model, educate on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility to move across the sales floor and stock areas is required, with a focus on guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team and contribute to #gettingthejobdone.
