Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of our company, enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products, and eager to build loyalty with every guest. You will rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, using the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, educate them on products, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining high store standards and policy

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays)

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the rest of the store to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
