Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering a memorable shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while maintaining brand integrity. Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Customer-facing role experience desired.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner and build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
