Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll be the face of AE, help guests find exactly what they need, and share enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products.

You’ll promote the loyalty program, work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Bring energy, integrity, and your REAL self to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic hospitality and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to explain product details and make recommendations.
• Promotes AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Adapts to multiple store zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom).
• Resolves guest concerns while following policy and procedures.
• Team player who supports teammates and gets the job done.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate customers on AE/Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Promote loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team efforts and contribute to store goals.
