Job summary

CHANEL in Chicago is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to deliver the highest standards of service and support all boutique operations. You will assist sales associates, manage inventory tasks, and help with opening/closing registers.

This role emphasizes teamwork, client experience, and flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays. Prior retail experience and a High School Diploma are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and welcome all guests in-store.
• Support Sales Advisors and boutique operations to maximize client-facing time.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, shipping, and re-ticketing processes.
• Open/close registers and handle cash and deposits with accuracy.
