Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator for the Neiman Marcus Chicago location to uphold top-tier service and support across boutique operations. The role is multi-functional, serving as a generalist to assist sales associates and ensure smooth client experiences.

You will help with inventory processes, packaging, cash handling, and administrative tasks while maintaining CHANEL's standards and spirit. Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver exceptional service as a CHANEL brand ambassador
• Provide sales and service support to maximize client-facing time
• Assist Operations with shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging
• Open/close registers and handle cash and deposits
• Answer calls and resolve client issues promptly and professionally
