Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator at Neiman Marcus Chicago to deliver exceptional customer service and support all boutique operations. You will assist sales associates, help with packaging, and help manage inventory and daily cash handling to ensure a superior client experience.

In this multi-functional role, you will work closely with the team to greet clients, maintain brand standards, and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in retail or luxury brand environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service and act as a brand ambassador for CHANEL.
• Support boutique operations and assist sales associates to maximize client-facing time.
• Assist with packaging, inventory tasks, and daily register operations including cash handling.
