Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the boutique, supporting a seamless client experience.

The role collaborates with a diverse team and reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager. You will process received stock, organize inventory, prepare and ship outbound shipments, and participate in the stock cycle count program and annual inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record into the system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with brand standards.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments per brand standards.
• Execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Collaborate with inventory team to ensure seamless client experience.
