Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, reliable Brand Ambassadors for a product sampling event in Lathrop, CA. This customer-facing retail opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with shoppers, creating positive product experiences, and representing consumer food products in a high-traffic warehouse retail environment.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will help introduce customers to featured products through professional product sampling, clear product education, and upbeat customer interaction. This role offers a supportive event environment, clear expectations, and the opportunity to build hands-on experience in retail promotions, food sampling, customer service, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down a clean, organized, and attractive product sampling station.


• Greet shoppers in a friendly, professional manner and actively encourage product trial.


• Prepare and distribute product samples according to established procedures.


• Explain basic product information, including features, benefits, ingredients, and preparation methods.


• Follow all food handling, sanitation, hygiene, safety, store, and company procedures.


• Monitor sample and product inventory and complete basic activity, inventory, or sales reporting as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.


• Location: Lathrop, CA.


• Event dates: September 23 to September 27, 2026.


• Wednesday, September 23: Soft opening, afternoon shift, approximately 4 to 6 hours. Exact start time to be confirmed.


• Thursday, September 24: Full day, start time 8:00 AM.


• Friday, September 25: Full day, weekend traffic coverage.


• Saturday, September 26: Full day, weekend traffic coverage.


• Sunday, September 27: Full day, weekend traffic coverage.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Professionally represent the brand and featured products in a retail environment.


• Engage customers, offer samples, and support product awareness and sales.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized demonstration area throughout the shift.


• Follow food sampling procedures and complete shift responsibilities as assigned.


• Less than 1 year of experience required.


• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Comfortable approaching shoppers and speaking with customers in a professional manner.


• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and store procedures.


• Reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled event shifts.


• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to remain engaged during busy retail periods.


• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform basic setup, sampling, and cleanup tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, food service, product demonstrations, promotions, events, cashiering, or customer-facing sales.


• Familiarity with food sampling, basic food handling practices, or in-store brand ambassador work.


• Bilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required.
