• Support sales floor and back-of-house standards, including opening and closing tasks, replenishment, and floor sets.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.
• Contribute to a professional, positive, and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
