Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized, inspiring customer service in a retail store. You will support sales goals, contribute to product education, and foster an inclusive team environment.

In this role, you will engage customers with styling advice, maintain store standards, and participate in training to continually enhance the in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register and stand/walk for extended periods, with lifting as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
