Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while upholding the brand’s standards and supporting customers throughout their journey.

You will assist in fitting rooms, educate customers about products and programs, maintain store standards on the sales floor, and help with replenishment and opening/closing tasks, with flexible days and hours.

This role emphasizes teamwork and excellent communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
