Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a customer-focused brand ambassador to deliver personalized shopping experiences and help customers find products that fit their needs. You will support sales goals while upholding Ralph Lauren's service and brand standards.

The role involves assisting customers, educating them on products and styling, and maintaining store presentation. Flexible day/evening/weekend availability is expected to ensure coverage.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possibly overnight shifts.

Responsibilities
