Job summary

Strategic Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Brand Advocate to represent Gallo Spirits brands at on‑premises events. You will engage customers, deliver brand messaging, and perform tastings and activations per program training.

You’ll work flexible hours including nights and weekends, travel to activations, and maintain POSM materials. Prior agency/experiential marketing experience is a plus, with an emphasis on sociable, improvisational, and creative interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak intelligently and professionally deliver key facts and brand messaging as outlined in the program training
• Ability to work independently and to be responsible, enthusiastic, proactive and self motivate
• Applicant must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Prior agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

BRAND ADVOCATE

The Brand Advocate is the frontline face of the Gallo Spirits brands in the on-premises channel. They will engage consumers, entice trial, persuade objectors and create excitement. In many cases, the Brand Advocate will employ improvisational acting tools to effectively reach their target.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train account staff and set-up as outlined in the program materials

Reports directly to and is evaluated by the company’s Brand Specialist.
