Job summary

Enthuse Marketing in Charlotte, NC is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute locally relevant brand activations for a premium spirits portfolio. This field-based role relies on local relationships, community connections, and on-premise experience to create authentic consumer and trade experiences that drive advocacy and trial.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel throughout.
3+ years of beverage alcohol, hospitality or events experience.
Strong understanding of the on-premise channel and activation concepts.
Must have valid driver’s license and a registered vehicle with clean record.

Responsibilities

Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events within assigned on-premise accounts.
Deliver programming according to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Tailor activation delivery to account, occasion, community, and sub-channel.
Coordinate activation logistics, materials, staffing, and on-site needs.
Build bartender and trade engagement through credible, relevant experiences.
