Ultimate Staffing seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch and warehouse operations, ensuring inventory control, purchasing coordination, and process improvements across multiple locations. You will lead, coach, and support staff to achieve service and operational goals while maintaining policy compliance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in operations or related roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, warehouse, inventory, electrical manufacturing or branch management preferred.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.

• Oversee daily branch and warehouse operations across locations.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely purchasing for stock and orders.
