Job summary

Worldpac, Inc. seeks a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager in guiding daily warehouse activities. The role emphasizes learning all branch functions, maintaining safety standards, and supporting staff development.

You will coordinate with management to ensure timely deliveries, inventory control, and proper record-keeping, while performing required clerical and physical tasks. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri, with Saturday as needed.
• Basic clerical tasks and physical work expected.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Learn all Branch Management functions, including operations, staffing, training, assets, budgeting.
• Follow safety procedures and model compliant behavior.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Maintain customer-service focus in daily operations.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders are delivered and inventory is accurate.
• Operate company vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returns as needed.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
